County Highway Commissioner Tom Janke says Jim Guell, Steve Reilly and Dan Hornburg were taking gravel to a construction project in New Fane when they stopped at the accident scene north of County Highway F. He says Guell stopped first blocking off other traffic with his truck and grabbed a fire extinguisher.
